You can join District 3 by following these steps:
1. Join "District 3" chat via the Green Smiley Icon.
2. Wait for an admin (Key Rank) to appear online and ask them to open applications.
3. Hop to W444.
4. Go to clan settings and click "Apply".
5. Remain logged in W444 until accepted to the claim.

EHP & EHB are units of measurement for efficient hours spent playing the respective Old School RuneScape game mode. Efficient Hours Played (EHP) is a measure of time that indicates having trained skills at the most efficient rate for one hour. Similarly, Efficient Hours Bossed (EHB) is a measure of time that indicates having killed bosses at the most efficient rate for one hour. There are several different types of EHP & EHB for many game modes: Main, Ironman, Ultimate ironman, Level 3, Free-to-play, Free-to-play Ironman, and Fantasy (HLC competition rates).
